Have taken rs 5000 but no option for refund

Hi,

I had visited the Micromax website were it was published that pre booking for canvas hd4 @ rs 5000 pending amount after 1 week. I thought to invest rs 5000 and i paid.It is been written in there website that once we pay rs 5000 they will send us a mail of login & password for the amount to be refunded.I used my credit card the amount has been debited, But i havnt received any mail from them..I tried calling there customer care but no one answer the call.

Kindly help me
