Name of company/service: SRINILAYA PROJECTS/ Construction

Hi, dear all,
1) I have book my Apartment with SRINILAYA PROJECTS builders in Bangalore in July2011 & completed 80% imbursement based on assure by sale executive that ownership will be in Dec 2011.
2) But they put the date of ownership as July 2012 in harmony.
3) Now it is approximately 1 year holdup for ownership, but builder is not generous me ownership & gives the cause of not getting OC from TMC.
4) I want reimbursement for the holdup from builder as I don’t know tranquil how many days he will take to provide the ownership.
5) Please direct me how I be supposed to acquire the right.

    please do NOT PURCHASE ANY APARTMENT /FLAT FROM SRINILIYA PRDO OJECTS OR THE BUILDER MR. SATHI ADI REDDY OR S.A Reddy. HE DOES NOT COMPLETE THE VENTURE AS PROMISED AND COMPROMISES ON QUALITY. HE HAS FOOLED MANY CITIZENS IN HYDERABAD AND NOW PLANING TO FOOL PEOPLE OF BANGALORE. http://www.srinilayaprojects.com/
    Mr. S. A. Reddy,M.B.A., LL.B. |I DON’T WANT YOU TO GO BY MY WORDS, VISIT ALL HIS VENTURES, IF YOU CAN TAKE THE FEEDBACK FROM THE PEOPLE WHO INVESTED OR BOUGHT APARTMENT FROM HIM. HE HAS NOT ISSUED THE OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE, MANJEERA WATER CONNECTION IS STILL PENDING, USEd CHEAP CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL ( sanitary , tiles etc) AND DO NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT OR SITE ENGINEER.

    This person Mr Sathi Adi Reddy is an occasional builder. He does not have professionalism, does not have ethics not expertise. He never meets any agreed dead-line neither bother about to meet any commitment. This builder does not have any proper staff to manage his projects. He compromises in all aspects of the building starting from concrete, plumbing work, lift. He promises many things and will give you a very big dream but he never fulfill anything. His company Srinilaya projects at Masjid Banda is a live example, one can come and speak with the few residents and understand their daily pain. No proper sewerage, no manjeera water connection, only one lift of very low quality etc are few examples. I would never recommend anybody to put their hard earn money with this builder.
