Name of company/service: Seagate
Kindly look at the foll details of my product Seagate Hard disk:
1) Purchase date: Sept 27, 2012 (Seagate backup plus portable 1 TB Hard Drive)
2) The product stopped working after 6 months of purchase
3) I tried to locate the service centre in bangalore (only 1 exists)
4) Accel frontline office is at 15 km from my home. It is not working full day on weekends and weekdays it is not possible for me to collect.
5) Beside all these facts (also that my HD is under warranty) and the company claims they will replace it free of cost, I went for replacement on: May 11th, 2013)
6) Though the time committed to me was 10 days, even after a month when I havent heard from either the seagate centre or accel (even after trying the phone number you have mentioned on site and nobody answers that) I went again to collect it the staff after making me wait for half an hour very easily answered it still hasnt come.
7) After registering a complaint on their online forum, they replied saying they had mailed it. They also provided me with a tracking ID which is fake.
I have spent 6000 rs on it and it has been 3 months i have not got my HD. Plz help
