Poor Service & Not responding to the Customer

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Hathway

We have taken a Hathway internet connection and done all the payment in advance,but after that we are facing problem as the net is not working,we have complained about this so many times but no one is responding to all calls or to our messages,it is really very irritating,this is a kind of fraud which they are doing with us,they have taken all our money but afterwards not a single person has responded to our complaint,we are not at all happy with the services & their behavior with the customer.
