Dear sir, I had bought a product of Sony xperia Sp and product goes too bad it started hanging and freezing on apps and on plays-tore, on 12th day of my buying,I had been asked for replacement but, they said that our company policy is that “REPLACEMENT WILL BE POSSIBLE ONLY ON OR BEFORE 7TH DAY FROM PURCHASE”,Ihad been tried for replacement they said only service will be provided by them ,I accepted and gave my mobile to them,but again after their service,I had suffered the same after 2-days from their service and again given to them asking for replacement on 1st of JULY 2013 but till now i didnt get my product so far,But According to theirpolicy they have to give within 7or8working days
