Dear Sir/Madam
My self Vijay Kumar I have saving a/c in Union Bank of India in Karnal Main Branch Haryana. My account No. is xxxxxxxxx3801 and my debit card No. is xxxxxxx03751.
I use my card on 5th march 2013 for withdraw of Rs 6000/- from ATM out side SBI Bank Noida Sector-63 Uttar Pradesh , the amount not withdraw but its deducted from my account [Transaction No. 306401561550] I verbal complain in SBI bank they say amount will deposit your account in 24 Hrs . but I not received amount then complain to Union bank customer care on 21st March [complain No. 3720433] customer care person say after 7 days you will get you money but after regular follow up they say you wait for two days each time and on 13th April they generate new complain [Complain No. 3862561] and same communication as above , then I written complain to union bank karnal on 15th May 2013 . they note complain and see my complain already registered and also tell me this type of complain are handling to customer care and they will solve your problem , then I re-communicate with customer care on 22nd May and this time as usual they register new complain [ complain No. 4109849]. When I communicate with him on 30th May 2013 for the result then they Reply your complain has been rejected without telling any reason for rejection.
So please help me I never get satisfactory answer in whole communication from bank side customer care as will branch.
