I had ordered a product from GadgetsGuru.com on July 18, 2013 (Thursday) and till date July 24, 2013 I haven’t received the delivery of my product. Needless to mention that couriers reach within a day of dispatch from Mumbai to Pune (shipping city), the company has taken obnoxious 7 days and still not delivered the product. As their own policy small products are deleivered within 4-7 days and its already the 7th day and the product is not even shipped from the warehouse. I have been constantly calling the call centre of the company on 022-61301111 and 18002090292 for the status of my product but the call has never been answered. I have tried at least 20 times since yesterday to track the order status but there has been no response. The customer care executive said they didnt ship because of heavy rains. There are other websites which deliver goods despite any weather condition. Please assist.
