Name of company/service: airtel

my mobile number is 9906091887 in name of vikrant jain, my husband. I got my international roaming activated and got a plan of 3600rs in which airtel was providing 2 hours of free international incoming calls for 2hrs. i was told that my international roaming has been activated as i was suppose to go to hongkong for a holiday. As told by the service provider i choose the required network on reaching hongkong. but my phone was not on international roaming, it came as a shock to me.I was in so much of difficulty as i was not able to make n receive calls. somehow i managed to contact airtel from hongkong and the reply given to me was that when international roaming gets activated then u have to get a new simcard issued, about which i had no idea as i was not told the same before. now after coming back i have been charged by airtel an amount of 3600+149 for the international roaming. but the service was not activated and i was not able to use it at all so how can i be charged for it. i had to face so much of problem abroad as i was totally cut off due to non working of my phone. please help mini jain
