I booked my subscription of HT under leadership 2012, my serial no is 1653591. During the time of booking I was told that the coupons will be delivered to my house either by courier or by hand, which was also mentioned in the form. The subscription was about to start in 30 days of booking, its been 45 days now and yet the coupons are not delivered.
When I called the customer care, they said that the coupons will be delivered to the vendor directly, after repeated complaints the services has not been started yet.
Can you please look into the matter, because they are taking the booking by making wrong promise and commitment, if I was told earlier that the coupons will be delivered to the vendor directly I might have not subscribed.
