Disturbing with unnecessary messages

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I switched from Reliance to Vodafone through number portability few days back, but ever since I am getting promotional messages from Reliance throughout the day which are very disturbing and useless. Please see if anything can be done about this.
