Misguide after rubbing manufacturing date

I wrote email to the company on 7th May 2013:

Hello Sir,

I am Pradeep Gupta owner of “ALANKAR”. I am the owner of the firm (Beauty collection) which is 31 years old. My show room is number 1 in Palanpur district Gujarat. Since last 10 to 12 years, I have counter for Dazler (eyetex).

This email is regarding complaints:

1. We have forwarded complaints for the lipsticks (MRP.150) about to 40 piece to the sales person (Dinesh Rajgor). He promised us for replacement. This person took 3 months for replacement after many reminders. The issue is this person has sent us the same lipstick which was replaced by him only. He made changes in the manufacturing date. He just rubbed the dates from each of the lipstick. Please look into it. .

2. We use to sell Dazler lip gloss( MRP. 75) also. The issue is company gave us testers for it. And I found that the color of fresh piece was different from tester. We have seen this instance many times. If is it so, then why have u provided testers to the retailer. Coz of these, we faced many problems with customers.

If things goes in same way, I m sorry to inform u that i will not continue with Dazler. And about that person rubbed dates, I will go for GRAHAK SURKSHA. I don’t have another option.

They replied me on 8th May 2013:

And after that neither I didnt get any response from him nor any action taken by him.
