Times City Holidays – Fraud / Scam Company

Name of company/service: Time City Holidays Travel & Tours Ltd.

I’ve booked three packages with Times City Holiday. Before I booked the package, I confirmed with Times City Holiday (Kunal & Abhishek) whether I’ll get hotel booked in the first week of June’2013. The guys were so excited, because their package was being purchased and immediately they called to Hotel guys and confirmed that I’ll get the booking.

On their words, I booked 5999/- package, due to package unavailability, Kunal asked me to purchase the package again (he added that package specially for me, sounds really funny). So, I paid twice for purchasing a single package.

After doing so, I asked them to book my hotel stay from 6th of June. The CSR guy committed me to send the booking details by Friday 31st May, 2013 before 12:00 PM. They didn’t booked my package on that day, then I called to the hotel guys and asked if they got any booking on my name, the hotel guy said NO to me that they haven’t got booking details from Times City Holiday. I wanted to book my train tickets so hotel booking was mandatory for me. Then I tried calling Times City Holidays guys, none of the guy picked up the call or answered my email. I tried calling them minimum 50 times. But no response.

I must say, none of the CSR guys are customer centric or committed enough to resolve the customer issues. I would soon be going through the legal formalities channel and sue them for my money.

    There is a twist in a tail by Times City Guys!!

    A guy (Prashant) called on 11th of July-2013 told me he is from verification department and verifying the issue I faced with the company. He committed me to resolve all the issues and said, the extra money they charged for 5999 package will get credited back in next 4-5 days, till today there is no money got credited in my account.

    Apart from this, he told me to book the holiday after 10 days, I told him to send me the itinerary of Udaipur, so that I can suggest the hotels and book my plans as I was planning to visit from 24th July, 2013. He kept on committing me that he is sending the itinerary through email couple of times and he failed to deliver on his commitment.

    Now, when I called on his number, he didn’t pick that up. I’ve been told that the number is his personal and he works from morning 10 to 6 (Monday – Friday).

    On 22nd July, I called at 5:10 PM and a lady picked up the call. She said, Mr. Prashant is on tea break and asked me call back after half an hour. The funny thing was, the guy leaving office at 6, taking tea break at 5:10 for half an hour. I called him after half an hour for atleast 6 times and I got phone switched off.

    This is so much annoying and waste of time.

    Prashant committed me to credit the money in my bank account by 25th July. Till today, there is no transaction of money in my account. From this commitments, you can judge how pathetic these guys are. They must be sued for their behavior. This is just a time wasting behind them and they should pay for this.

    Time City Holidays offered me hotel at Coorg & had deposited Rs.15k in March 2013. They did not give me any booking nor pick up.

    Kindly assist / guide me to get back my amount. If need be we would lodge the FIR etc. with police . I stay in Mumbai.
