Dear sirs,
Very bad experience about tata docomo In this month. I have charged Rs. 371 as internet usage charges. It shows that Net Charges fixed 198/- and other usage 179/-.
My question is that i m not give any request for activation of GPRS pack 199 then how it was activated? I m asking for Rs 50 2GB plan that not activated by you. Also i am after that called for activation package if any present on my number then docomo representative told that no any GPRS pack is active on your number. I m also have messages for no any GPRS pack is active on your number dated 16.07.2013. Then how these charges are come?
It is commonsense that if I used 99 Rs rental plan which is sufficient for my use then i m mad to activate the 199 GPRS rental Plan? Also Docomo network support is bad in nashik Ozar location for incoming and outgoing then why i use their GPRS? I have already uses Vodafone 3g on my devise then why i use your internet?
Really i m totally unsatisfied with Tata service it is not their mistake its my mistake that i was port my number from idea into docomo for postpaid.
Also i m talking from last two days to docomo customer care number every time they told server problem. Your server is always ready to shock the customer and no for giving good service.
Really i m totally harassed due to tata docomo
what i do in this situation?
