I had Purchased a watch from titan showroom Mangalore on 22/10/2012, Model number, NB9314sM02A. It has issues with the strap. it had been given for servicing more then 3 times. issue still remains so i asked them that i wanted replacement. I had also given a complaint and generated a complaint number of 388387, but still none contacted me. Watch is still in the service centre.
