All, I would like to advise you about this builder. I have taken a 3 BHK flat at Green garden Builders, Bangalore from this builder in 2011. Listed below are a few of the important harms that this developer has created for the entire client who bought from him in this scheme.
1. The club house, swimming pool, gym, tennis court and all other amenities that were promises to us have been blocked for the past 7 years by the Developer. He has obviously told that he won’t permit us to make use of it. He has in addition taken the club house membership charges from us all and up till at the present he does not want to grant it to us. It looks like he will pull down the alike almost immediately and then develop couple of more apartments.
2. Water delivering problem – This persist for the initial 4 years and we had to depend on tankers.
