Reimbursement of amount paid for AC

dear concern,

i have purchased an AC from LG dealer in lajpat nagar, central market . since the day of installation the same is not working properly , i have lodged complain to there customer care to address my issue , like whenever i am turning on my AC it just get shut down in every 15 odd min. and just create a regress process of turning on my AC while i am asleep in mid night. For the same cause that is still there in product LG engg has visted thrice times in my place but coudnt make that in proper condition niether they given me any tactful solution to my problem.
i have lodged a proper complain to there customer care person , but they have only given me there as usual reply of that we are working on your query and will get back to your but its been more then 52 hrs that no one turned up to provide me my money back. Concern compalin number is RNA130715008222.
i just want that AC amount to get reimbures as i cant take any more pain out of it.Please provide me a responsible solution that could heal wounds on my mind with this pathetic product
