I have pre-booked Canvas 4 mobile with Micromaxx and made full payment on 07 July 13. My Order ID given by company is 13558. So far neither have I got the phone nor any intimation about shipping schedule. No reply to several e-mails that I have sent.Most of the contact/ customer support numbers given on company site are not working or no reply. KIndly prevail upon the company to keep up with the promised delivery of product immediately.
