Hello Sir,
I am customer of Airtel 4G Data services with airtel. I bought a airtel 4G LTE
connection in May 2013 and at time of selling the product executive has committed my for 15 Mbps speed at least with the connection, so i taken 6 month advance rental plan in Rupees 6999.00 and after activating my connection i just get a speed of 1mbps.
I have complaint day first which complaint is still pending since last two months where
they promised my to resolve issue within 4 hours ???
And they also committed me to provide me extra 3GB if i will provide invoice of Intel Processor based laptop. But after 2-3 reminders still i am waiting to make your promises true.
They airtel person same like other third class service provider. No
Response, Cut the customer in single time.. that’s they did, collected
6 month rent at once. 7000/- is very small amount for airtel guys but not
for me..
I have complained many time to them but no solution is provided even after three months of complaint.
And now i received this month bill of Rs 3087 for last month charges. Even i have just used additional services worth rs 1800/- + services tax, but they are have added now services tax for 6999.00 rs also.. Even their executive did not tell me at time of selling that i have to bear such tax amount also.. he just told me that you will receive the bill but with monthly adjustments.. you need not to submit any charges for it for next 6 months. With Airtel 4G LTE is just 1.2 or 1.5 Mbps..not as commiting by
airtel 40MBPS.
Kindly help me to file an consumer court case against airtel so i can my money back.
