AsiaNet Broadband New Service Connection

Hi,
I have opted for AsiaNet Broadband service(A/c No: TV85861) here in Khazhakottam,Trivandrum.
I have paid the amount on 10/07/2013. The cable was laid on 12/07/2013. And the modem was installed on 13/07/2013.

Since the internet is not working, I lodged a complaint 14/07/2013 and they responded saying it will be resolved the next day. They checked and reported that it was a modem problem and they raised a request for modem change. After a week, on 20/07/2013, they replaced the modem and asked to keep it ON for an 1hour to register the modem. But the problem still remained the same. I again lodged a complaint yesterday and also today.

I have been told by the AsiaNet CustmorCare that the problem will be resolved next day for the last ten days. I fed up with their service.

Could you please look into this matter.
