bad customer serviice and activation of unwanted vas offers

Name of company/service: aircel

I have taken the aircel sim(8553428057) just before one month ago. I thought that aircel offers are so exciting…. But even though their offers are good… They taken main balance lot of times for activation of unwanted vas offers without any intimation…… As this way i lost my balance worth of nearly 500 rupees… I had called up coustomer care service lot of lot of times…. But till now i didn’t talk with any representative… 3days before i had recharged with 150 rupees because of upto100 exatra talk time offer… And i got 255….. I felt very hapy…. I had used only 10 in that… Yesterday night i lost my balance whole amount remaining.. I was very irritated… Because this was third time iam facing the problem like this…. I had caled customer care 198 lot of times….. But there is no responce…… It was sayin that…”all of our customer suport excutives are busy plese call after some time…” in hindi…
but after it saying those words… It wil atomatically cut my call conection….. Iam so irritated now…. Even other telecom serveces cut main balance but they respond properly with customer… Aircel customer service wrost customer services i ever seen….. They respond after a week…. When i telling my problem to him or her they said we have no information about this., we have information only before a week… Sory we cant do any thing…. And one more thing is they cut main balance when iam conected my modem to my laptop, eventhough i have enough internet balance… Plese respond my complaint sir….
