No Meters, no electricty from last 6 months

Hi I am resident of faridabad, sec-49 Sainik colony, we are living here with no electricity we don’t have meters, as per DHBVN there is a huge amount which is due on our society, but on other hand our society has taken each and evry due from us, then why we people are surviving instead of our society.
