Smart Phone Issue

Hi,
I purchased Nokia Lumia 920 from Mobile Store Vashi – Mumbai. Within one month its started having problem ,The Phone got heated up , Next Censor Problem and the latest problem ,Phone is not switching On, These issue leads numerous visit to Service Centre.29th June I went to Nokia Service centre at Vashi, After prime investigation they asked me to submit my phone for sending my phone to Delhi.After 20dayz they replaced my phone. But the problem is the phone they have replaced with iis not box packed and not in good condition having scratches on its body,How can I assured that its a new one as it doesn’t look good.I just want if they are replace the phone Replaced with a new one kike Box Packed. As apple Iphone replace hand to hande with out any delay or customer harrasment
Please suggest me what to do.
