Credit Card Application

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: GenX Agency

I received a call from GenX agency from these below numbers for Standard Chartered credit card.
GenX Agency Pooja/Priya &
Sakshi (9029070061, 9029070060, 09582932235)
They told me the benefits of the card & collected my documents & said the card will reach within 10 working days. I then called them up since I never received a card & gave them the application number 00422000150198 & they had no clue. I am afraid if there is any kind of fraud happening with these documents.Such agencies must be ceased who do fraud. Please could you take action against them & let me know the status of my standard chartered platinum credit card.
