Cheating customers by mentioning wrong recharge price

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecom

On 8th July, 2013 I had done recharge of Rs.93 for reducing call charges. This Rs.93 top up was mentioned on the company chart as well with the same benefits which i was searching for i.e call rates will be for all local and STD calls at 1.2 paise per 2 sec. After doing this top-up I received message from company side as well that for next 90days call rate will be 1.2p/2sec. Then after observing for next 4-5 days I realised that call rate is still high. Then I called Customer care and inform him about this. The reply which I got from them is really pathetic, that person told me that on chart paper its mentioned wrong and my Rs.93 got wasted as not such top-up is available for old customers. After having 40 min conversation as a helpless customer I had to cut my phone without getting benefit.

Now I have no clue what should I do. If anyone can help me then please let me as am not the only one who suffered this there might be many more customers like me in society who suffer it every day. Don’t know when customers will get there Right.
