continue deducted the amount against policy which has been closed long back

I have taken a TATA AIA policy C087497335 long back but after some time i asked them to close the policy. I submitted documents went to TATA AIA office and ask them to stop deducting amount against policy. For few months they didn’t deduct the amount but after that they again started deducting the same amount against same policy i complaint many time dropped many mails but yet they are deducting amount against that policy.
