sir i ordered a kajal from snapdeal, which was to be delivered on 14th. I called them on 14 to know why it was not delivered.
they wrote a complaint and told it will be delivered in 48 hours. i waited and again called on 16 then they said it was shipped on 16th. and asked me to wait for 24-48 hours. when i again called after 48 hours they told it was shipped and it is with courier guy who is responsible for it. yet my product is not delivered.
