I received a wrong product third time than what i have ordered (order no 6418290).
The item i have ordered was Bluedio Collared Bluetooth Device in May 2013.
Since then i have received wrong product thrice and i am being asked to send back to your ware house again.
Last week i received wrong product third time and when i contacted, i was told it will be replaced with right product within 24 hours.
nothing happened
I called three days back to check status, i was again told to wait for 24 hours for action to be taken.
nothing happened.
Today again i called up and same story, every time new person picks up the phone, i repeat the story, they promise me again to wait for 24 hours.
Nobody from naaptol want to reply my complaint on email or no senior is attending my call. Simply delaying it by 24 hours action promise that too not happening from last two months. I don’t know whether naaptol will send me correct product or not.
