I am Akhliesh Kushwah from 165 B Suryadev Nagar, Indore (MP).
This is complaint regarding to a new Internet connection for which I have applied on 29/06/2013.
I have requested a new Internet connection at my home. I had completed all the formalities with an advance deposit of “500 Rs.” on “29 June 2013” and the executive name is “Kamlesh Kushwah”. The executive told me that your Internet connection will be start in next two days. After two days I called that executive and he told me that there is problem related to fault in line connection and he let me wait for another two days. Again I called him after four days of my request but same answer I got from him. I called him many times but he didn’t pick up my call. I got frustrated as because I am a software engineer by profession and I am loosing 1000 Rs. /day (15000Rs. till now) for my work. I am paying so much money on cyber café and for printouts daily to recover that work.
12 July 2013 and even till now there is no response from that executive. So finally I had decided to go to Airtel office in Indore and but the same answer I got “Technical problem is there, please wait for next two days, we’ll look after that” as that officer said to me, but I think that’s not possible because already there is some Internet connection of Airtel running in my street.
When I went to Airtel office today, I also had asked if you unable to connect internet at my home then please refund my deposit amount and I’ll search for other but the officer said to me that “Please wait till Monday and your internet connection will be start, I’ll personally look into this”.
This issue is not been solved, they have told me to wait till “Monday” but now it’s “Tuesday” and there is no response from there”.
