I have purchased a Whirlpool washing machine in October, 2012. I made a complaint to the Customer Care on 7/7/13 as the machine was not working. The engineer visited on 9/7/13 and said that one component in the PCB is to be replaced. Since then the same has not been replaced. They are saying that the spare part is not available in the company. The washing machine is in the warranty period.
