I had ordered Sony Xperia V mobile phone on 19 June 2013 via order no. KA/136839/N49V7PRK, with full payment. I received confirmation from Kaunsa.com that your order is being shipped. But after 15 days on 4th July 2013, when I checked up with customer representative, he informed me that the price of the phone has increased and you have to pay additional amount to get the delivery.
I asked for refund, but Kaunsa.com insisted that I buy something of similar value.
Again on 5th July 2013, I ordered for the same mobile with addiional payment of Rs 900/-, via order no. KA/136839/8FCVJI5A. But till date I have not received any shipping confirmation from Kaunsa.com Upon calling the customer care they are saying your order is being processed.
I am really frustrated and want my entire money back. This is the worst service I have ever received.
