my Plan Not transfer for Prepaid

Dear sir,

user id:7498431683

name: naredre pisat

i have taken request for closing my net connect plan.

but one call from this no. 022 42670003 and she (arti) convince me for transfer my plan in 300 rs monthly and 250 rs weaver . and i agree with this condition. but now i check my plan is not changed. my plan is transfer now in heavy rentel plan.

so its cheating with me. please change my plan or death/close my netconnect no.
