Name of company/service: Satguru Travels
We, Satguru Travel and tours have an account ( 15944425 ) with Airtel since long. We logged a request for shifting this account number to our new address and since 12th June we are waiting for it.
They took almost 20-25 days to shift our few number after so many requests , reminders and follows up but still some of our numbers are pending.
It has not only killed our time but we have gone through huge stress and badly effected our business. We almost creep
before them and explained our problem but nothing worked.
We call all their managers , area incharge etc…. but no one help. Their Appellate Authority , nodel team almost everyone but none of them bother to resolve this issue.
we are being told that there is a technical issue which was a big time lie as other members in the building were using the Air tel line and one of their local LINE MAN clarified that they have not forwarded the request yet & giving you wrong information.
We really need your help not just to resolve this issue but also we need compensation for the same. We have suffered a lot and gone through big time pressure.
