NS Mobiles(Bangalore-Electronic City) Owner is Rowdy

Name of company/service: NS Mobiles Owner is Rowdy

On 14th July2013 i went to NS Mobiles which is in GS Palya(Electronic City)Bangalore(Landmartk:near konappana Agrahara Bus Stop);This shop owner was so rude and beaten me like anything as i spoken in telugu and abusing all telugu people.he said like i should not speak telugu and should not negotiate price whatever he said.Note:I went there to Buy TataDocomo SIM and he said SIM cost is 70Rs- and i need to recharge more if i want talktime.
He behaved like Rowdy and beaten me up like anything as i was alone that time.Even sales boys stooped him but could not understand and beaten me up.
Being non local,i cried and come out with no words.I expect he should realize by his mistake and should not repeat this misbehaviour with any other customer.Plz suggest me what to do on this.
