I purchased Usha Janome Sew Lite Deluxe from More Megastore, Rohini on 10/02/2013. When I started using it the thread used to break again and again. Then in June after my exams it, i started stitching and within a week it stopped working i.e., the needle stopped picking the lower thread. I filed a complaint with customer care on 14.06.2013 and my complaint number is C13060601418. I was told that the executive will visit within 72hrs. He visited after one week and changed the shuttle.
When he left, i tried using the machine and it was not working again. the thread below the cloth was accumulating in bulk and used to break. I again filed a complaint with customer care on 19.06.2013 and my complaint number is C13061902798.He visited after a week and told me that they receive a lot of complaints of this model and this model is useless. he suggested to buy another higher model and get my sewing machine in lieu of some 1000-1500Rs discount from a dealer. He even gave contact number and Address of Mr. Javed from Jalal Sewing SIM Co. When I asked the technician to repair it, he said they don’t have the part now and will respond soon. it’s almost a month now and there is no response from his or company’s side.
Now, what I am supposed to do with the machine?
