Partial Delivery of the Order by India Times Shoping

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring into your notice that i have made a purchase from India Times Shooping by seeing an ad in newspaper Ahmedabad Mirror. The order no: of the same was 3002338885 dated 20th May 2013. The product offered in the ad were, BSNL Lofty Tab Tz200 with 7.2 Mbps Data Card, some accessories with Screen Guard for the Tablet. The product was delivered to me on 29th May but without Screen Guard but i have paid the full value of the product as specified in the ad and additionaly i paid Rs. 250 against delivery of the product. The total of the payment was Rs. 4948 inclusive of all as cash on delivery. After checking the product post delivery i got to know that screen guard was not there besides the Tab and data card delivered to me were faulty. I raised my complaint with India Times in this regard wide complaint no: 887750 which is still unheard. I had made many calls to the no: published in the ad for post sales complaint but no resolution is provided to me except an assurance of receiving a call from their concerned department in case of partial delivery of the product and for faulty tab and data card i was told that it is under manufactured warranty hence India Times is not responsible for the same but while i was placing the order i was assured by the customer care executive that in case of faulty product the same will be replaced by India Times if the complaint is raised within 7 days of the delivery of the product which incidentaly i did and later when refered the same to the customer care of India Times it was absolutely denied. I was asked to contact the manufacture in the regard which incidentaly i did and got the tab repaired on my own expenses which includes the courier charges as well.
This is to bring into your kind notice that i ordered this product for gifting the same to my dear ones but the incident narrated above has occured which left me without words. The mental and emmotional agony that i went through is unexplainable. Request your kind self to guide me in this regard and help me to get justice done.
