On 10/7/2013 my internet pack was going to expire i.e of MRP Rs. 57/-. So in order to disable auto renewal of the internet pack, I sent a message to 50505 to unsubscribe my internet pack. After I sent the message, I got a message saying “Your request has been accepted, your Plan will be deactivated shortly” at 2.30 AM. But in the morning at 7.08 AM I received a message saying that “Your plan has been activated” and Rs. 57/- from my account balance was deducted. Then again I received a message at 9.00 AM “Dear subscriber your rental has been applied and now you can surf, email at affordable rates”. Immediately after this message I received another message at 9.01 AM saying that “Dear Subscriber, as per your request Internet57 service has been deactivated.”
So overall, My issue is that My money was deducted even after unsubscribing the plan and I am not able to use the service. So my Rs. 57/- has gone waste. I request you to please help me in getting the Rs. 57/- back as these loop mobile assist people are useless. My complaint docket no. is 1007144191.
