We are residing at Yamuna Enclave on rent. Here rent owner claim electricity rate from us an abnormal rate.Majority owner are retired NFL Employee.Their motto is to recover electricity bill of the entire building from rent holder.Rent also very high and not follow any guidelines.What we have do.As we have no other option but stay in panipat(Haryana)on rent.Pl.look the matter.
