I online purchased Xolo Mobile phone from www.kaunsa.com with reference No. Kaun/116348 on 28th April. i was promised the delivery within 7 days. but they did not deliver the product even after 1 month. So i requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount. the order was cancelled by them but they did not refund the amount till date. i made hundreds of call to the call centre but received the answer that it is under process and will be refunded in 2 days. i also made written complaint with the website many time but they are making false promises but not refunding the amount. The phone No: 01204835000(costumer Helpline Number) is also not working for past 3 days.
i suspect that the website is working with ill-intentions to do fraud to the people who fall prey and lose their money to this kind of website.
Request you to kindly look up to the matter and help me get my refund as early as possible and also take stringent action against such Frauds.

this is very annoying to inform that i have not received the refund back even after i was promised the same would done before 30th of june.
i suspect your intention to cheat the costumers. this is worst ever experience for me to have believed you and fell in the fishnet. i have no other option than to complaint against your ill intentions to the consumer forum.
consider this as my last mail to you for processing the refund. otherwise you will be sole liable for all the penal action against you.

it has been more than 1 month since the order was cancelled. but i have not received any payment back to my card account. please make the immediate payment back to my card account and close this harassment.

pls cancel the order and process for the refund for the same as you failed to deliver the mobile ordered to you on 28th of april. it is almost a month since I ordered the mobile. I have made more than hundred calls to customer service at 0120-4835000 but every time i get the answer that it is already been despatched with the bluedart tracking no. 69003149552. the given tracking no.shows in the bluedart website as invalid.
Now request you to refund the amount and close the issue. as i cannot wait forever.
consider this as my last mail other wise i will have no other option than to take a legal action against your company.

Request you to make the delivery on or before 4th of may as 4th may is anniversary of the person to whom i am going to gift the same.
