Dear sir/madam
I Kapil Garg brought up a mobile phone , Micromax X 490 in Sep 2012. It is still under warranty but the display of the phone is not working. I submitted it to Micromax Mobile center at Sanjay Place, Agra named Shiv Enterprises. it’s been 1 month they are not repairing phone saying the requires part is not in store instead they are exchanging my Micromax X 490 to a cheap quality phone.So i want suggestion Over it.
