Name of company/service: Reliance Telecom(GSM)

Respected sir,
I am UTTAM KUMAR MAHTO Phone No. 07870248671, living in Jamul, Durg, Chhatisgarh. On 08-07.2013 an amount of INR 30.00 Deducted from my account for value added service called JUMPGAMES without any information and also i had not activated such kind of services. Please try to solve this issue & refund my deducted amount.
