I have not been able to use the broadband service since more than an year. I have done all the complaints possible and have talked to customer care people after trying for a couple of days of waiting on landline. I just want a refund for the number of days my broadband has not been working. Below is mentioned the detail. Please help me get the refund and help me get the line disconnected.
