Complaint against Sony- Mobile not working properly even after visiting srvice centre two times

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Sony

I bought a new Sony Xperia J handset from Croma Retail Stores, R-City Mall, Ghatkopar (West) Mumbai on 29th March, 2013. The IMEI number of my mobile is 354386058225470
From last 2 months I am facing performance issues with my mobile.I visited the authorized Sony Service Centre in Platinum mall, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai. They did some repair but it was all in vain. The problem with my mobile persists as it is.
I reached their Customer Support Service but got a strange reply from their technical team that I have to keep my mobile like this till they release new build for the system software. The reference number to this Customer Support Service is 95001264.
The company claims that it is not their responsibility for any performance issues. But it should be their sole responsibility to make it work well and fine till it is in warranty.
