customer care disconnect the call

Location/place: dwarika sec-8,new delhi

Name of company/service: airtel

Hi,
i called airtel customer care for verification lady told me call on this number 198,i got the same IVR SCRIPT. then called on 198 again lady picked up the called explained the situation that last time 1reps from your company called me for verification and i espiecally mention the contact no of mine as well as of mine landlord as well so rep called he told me can i speak to ved prakash, i told him right now not he is also in job so i cannot connect you to my landlord rite now,he discnnected the call by saying you have to submit the doc again.
then today i called lady picked up my call and after listening my issue she put me on hold and 1 time on mite as well and i spend 10 min which is costable not refundable and then again called again lady picked up my call she connected my call to her senior which is a lady again and then i spend 15 min over the phone which is again non-refundable. i told please refund me my money if you are not able to resolve my issue i spend money on this call and i told her then i need to speak to manager and then she told me senior team call me back after 10 min at 10:20 am but now the time is 11:35, most probabley 1hr i didn’t recieve the call back and money as well which i spend on them for no resolution…..

please do the needfull ASAP if it is possible
