there is complaint(ULP)no.09 of 2008.in the 1st labour court thane.confirmed order to maintain status quo,dt.14/01/2008.company had changed its name without any information to me as well as to the court.Moreover company had stopped paying subsistence allowances for month of feb’13,mar,13,apr’13,may 13& june 13.Also not attending the court.Pls HELP.
