Sir i have booked an i ticket on 30/05/2013 PNR NO 6420271031 T Id 0695696967 D.O.J 20/0/2013 but courier is not received by me yet.It remains waiting no 6/7 till the chart preparation.Train has departed and i suspended my journey.so please cancel my ticket and refund my money in my bank account. this complaint was filed to irctc but neither i received the ticket nor balance was refunded while i sent the many reminders to irctc before and after the date of traveling so kindly accept my complain against irctc
