Hello,
My sister sent a consignment from Charkhi Dadri on 02nd July 2013 and today is 9th July and its hasn’t come yet. When I called the dadari office they are saying that it reached Bangalore on 3rd July. When I called the Bangalore Office nobody is ready to take the responsibility and they talk so rudely to the customer. The parcel was very important for me and there is no proper response fro their end.
Please help me in getting my parcel or the cost of the stuff.
