Complaint against MetLife India Insurance Co. Pvt. Ltd
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am raising a complaint as i am very frustrated with the service of Metlife. I have taken a policy from MetLife India Insurance Co. Pvt. Ltd without knowing the quality of their services. But I regret my mistake now by taking this. I would like to bring my concerns and their worst services to your kind notice.
1). My premium amount is 50000Rs per annum.However,due to my financial conditions ,I am not able to continue the policy further.
I have paid two premiums and am unable to pay the third one.
My father is on dead bead. Its been almosta year that he is on bed as he suffered from brain …..
and is paralysed now .I need a lot of money forhim to undergo treatments, doctors consulting, medicines, diagnosis etc…
Hence I am not in a position to pay the premium amount.
2). I spoke to Customer care but they say that i cant get a single penny from the paid 100000 RS.
The MetLife customer care response is really worst. We can not sit and talk to bank executives properly. The kind of response we get from MetLife is pathetic. No one knows the MetLife policies and terms or conditions.
. I request your support in this regard and will be thankful if you could arrange my money back .
