Poor after sales service

I am Shrenik Shah here, I had written a Complaint earlier on this and still I am writing one again.

I have made a purchase of a Washing machine and a Kent water purifier from Vijay Sales on the 24th June, 2013.

for almost a week I had no service demo or No installation done for both the products, however after writing my first complaint on the 28th june, I got the issue resolved for my Panasonic Washing Machine. but today is 09/06/2013 and there is yet no person to come and install the Kent water purifier.

While buying the product we were adviced that the person will be at your home the next day, it has been more than 15 days now.

I have not opened a small warehouse to store Vijay Sales Products at home. I will request you to kindly take the purifier back as I cannot wait anylonger neither do I trust the service providers. I hereby strictly inform you to send a delivery personal at my place and take the purifier from my house and refund my money. Enough is enough.

I have also filed a suit for this with the small causes court, the notice should arrive both the providers shortly.

I have also made a online complaint on the consumer forum for the same. I request you to not make any calls further but to refund my money and take the purifier back.
