Name of company/service: Airtel Prepaid
1. Does not activate DND & keeps sending me all sorts of irritating messages.
2. Though, I have recharged an SMS pack, the charges are levied normally. (Unlike as promised in the SMS pack)
3. When I called the Customer care center they ask me all sorts of irrelevant details without sorting my problem.
Airtel is irritating.
