Shoes Defect

I am staying at Panchkula and purchased shoes from Liberty Retail Revolutions Ltd. Liberty puram, 13 Miles Stone, G T Road, P O Bastara, Kutail, Dist. Karnal. The details are given below for your reference:

Dated: 3rd April 2013.
Article No: 2029-14, Size 10, Black @ Rs. 675.
Article No: AMO 222, Size 9, Black @ Rs. 1200.

But after buying from your show room, in Article no AMO 222 has developed the cracks on sole of left pair and informed by phone at your show room on 28th of May 2013 and updated to Mr. Tushar and told me that, when ever you visit at Karnal, bring shoes along with you and we’ll do the need full.

Again I have visited on 27th of June I have specially visited the your show room from Panchkula and hand over the shoes to your show room people and updated to me that, “ we cannot replace the shoes and we’ll repair the article only and I have told them I specially come from Panchkula and drove 150 Km’s one way for the resolution of my complaint and I want replacement of the article with fresh pair” and on phone I have discussed with Mr. Tushar again and he has instructed their staff to change the pair.

Then I have purchased the Article no SE-932, the details are given below:

Bill No 1777.
Dated: 27th June 2013.
Color: Black.
Size: 9
MFG: October 12.
MRP: Rs. 2599.
Bill Value: Rs. 2340.

Within 8 days of buying shoes from your show room, the article has again ragged from top on both the pairs and it was shocking experience for me with Liberty, the trusted brand.

It was a shocked for me and how’s it is possible in Fresh Article of pairs and that too in 8 days has ragged and then I have specially visited again at your Karnal Show room today and meet with Mr. Tushar and told him about my incident and he was so arrogant & adamant, talking rudely with my father and not ready to listen any thing from us and I told him that, I came form Panchkula twice a time for the complaint and spend Rs. 5000 on my car for the resolution of my complaint and I am not here for fun and just for Rs. 2340.

I need your support and way forward for the resolution of my complaint and I hope you’ll definitely help me out.
